Community Options, Inc. is a private, non-profit agency that assists people with disabilities living in Hampshire, Hampden, and Franklin counties of western Massachusetts in finding and enjoying the benefits of meaningful employment. The agency focuses on individual job placements, ideally close to the person’s home. We work with local employers if either training or extra supports are needed. It is important to us that both the employee and employer are experiencing a positive working relationship.
